Louise Knight is a Consultant at Carlin Hall, brought in to establish the firm’s new Support Functions Division and broaden the support we are able to offer clients.

With 20+ years’ recruitment experience across the UK, Middle East, Africa and Pakistan, Louise has built and run talent functions for multinational clients across the Professional Services, FMCG, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals sectors.

She joined Carlin Hall in September 2026, bringing a strong track record of building recruitment divisions from the ground up and growing them at pace.
