The Senior Finance and CFO practice is well established and has some impressive billing history, they work on retained searches between £100-300k. This is an entrepreneurial practice with plans to grow. Consequently, they are looking for an Associate Director/Director to focus on Commerce and Industry.
This desk has a lot of big, slick corporate firms, all FTSE 100 so the client base is easy to utilise, 50% of their work is across Europe and this hire will work with some excellent clients like Philip Morris and GFK. My client are looking for candidates with strong 360 experience within Tax, Treasury or Corporate Development; candidates who know how to network. They have an excellent culture internally and want people to know that their clients and candidates need to be people you can go for a beer with. This has the potential to be a very lucrative role as my client has an excellent name within the space.
