This business focuses on the appointments of chief executives and their top teams, board members and non-executive directors within universities, independent research organisations, commercial education businesses, EdTech start-ups and government departments.
This hire will be focusing on candidate generation and attraction, working closely with Partners to identifying target firms as well as devise and implement each search strategy. This role will also focus on assimilating market knowledge and conducting screening and interviews with prospects and providing timely and effective feedback communication with team members. Assignment support is a large part of this role, so the ability to prepare weekly progress reports to illustrate project landscape to clients, whilst adhering to best practice at all times is critical.
