Ben Shane-Stone is a Consultant and leads Carlin Hall’s international business. He supports clients across North America, Europe and the Middle East to hire experienced executive search talent.

Following successful spells with international search firms; The Big Search and Korn Ferry, Ben returned to Carlin Hall in January 2024. Ben is a 2021 Northumbria University graduate.
