Joe Harkness

Joe Harkness – Principal

Joe places experienced executive search professionals into retained search firms.

He has spent more than 12 years recruiting exclusively in this sector with Carlin Hall, supporting retained executive search and leadership advisory firms in London, across Europe and in the USA. Whilst Joe spends lots of time maintaining existing relationships within his network, he’s always happy to meet new professionals, and continue to build meaningful connections across executive search.

His candidates spend their days assessing people for a living, so he keeps it simple: honest views on the market, clear advice and feedback, and no pushing anyone towards a move that isn’t right.

Joe has helped advance careers from entry to Partner level, as candidates can trust and rely on him time and time again.
