My client, a global search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Industrials practice as a Senior Researcher.
Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of Global Operations and Board Level positions. On a day-to-day basis, you will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
You will have the opportunity to work broadly across the Industrial client base but will have a particular focus on supporting a dynamic Partner and Consultant in areas such as Manufacturing, Aerospace, Energy and Transportation. With a worldwide remit – you will play an integral part in the delivery of C-level opportunities.
A motivated and confident self-starter with at least 12 months of experience working in a retained environment, you will have excellent academics.
Demonstrable outstanding organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels are necessary. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
