My client, a global search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their Financial Services practice as an Associate.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with Insurance, Financial Services and Asset Management organisations with a worldwide reach - playing an integral part in the delivery of C- and Board level roles.
Working as part of this highly successful practice you will have the chance to:
- Be mentored and developed by Consultants with over 10 years of experience
- Work with Partners and Consultants who are former executives in Financial Services, Asset Management and Real Estate and are able to provide excellent insight
- Be a part of a Financial Services practice is one of the most successful in the firm, providing 20% of revenue – it will provide high visibility and a clear path to promotion
- Work in state of the art offices, enjoy a fully subsidised restaurant and hybrid working
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter with at least 12 months of experience working in a retained Financial Services environment.
You will have excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
