My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in London, requires a Research Associate with Healthcare Executive Search experience to work closely with an experienced Consultant in their Healthcare Practice.
The Consultant is a highly regarded and well-established presence in the Healthcare sector working with PE and wholly owned private providers as well as public sector organisations. With a strong track record of successfully delivering International mandates, this Consultant can give up as much of the process as an Associate is able to demonstrably handle. Working within a candidate-centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day-to-day basis you will attend client briefings, map target companies, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify the appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls and network with Healthcare Industry industry sources.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who is keen to learn and be trained into a successful Senior Associate and beyond. Over time you will become an expert in the field in which assignments are being conducted and specialise in Global Healthcare roles at Managing Director and above.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You will already be a researcher with between 12 and 24 month’s Healthcare experience and be committed to self-improvement and career development
