My client, a specialist search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their Technology and Digital practice as a Senior Associate.
Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this generalist role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior Tech & Digital leadership positions across Financial Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with a consultant on briefs, long listing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, shortlist presentation, and managing interview processes
- Attending pitch meetings, client briefings and shortlist presentations
- Market mapping projects, salary/experience benchmarking exercises, writing market insight reports
You will have the opportunity to work closely with established Financial Services organisations as well as start-up FinTech firms with a worldwide reach. You’ll play an integral part in the delivery of Board & C-level roles.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter and with at least three years of experience working in a retained environment.

You'll be in meetings with clients and interviewing candidates from day one and be given significant responsibility to aid in the completion of mandates.
